Draft 2017 Licensing Policy

The City have been working on a new licensing policy document which would come into effect in 2017.  Policy documents like these frame the work of the respective committee, so this document guides the licensing committee when they are considering a license application.

The consultation period for this document ended on Thursday which surprised me because I didn't even know it had started.  I understand that they will still accept comments, I have no idea for how long.
