Power for the Common Parts

The City is negotiating for the supply of gas and electricity to the common parts of the estate.  This includes underfloor heating.  The City will enter into agreements dispensing with "consultation provisions".

If you have any "observations" you need to send them in by 26th May.  See the letter for details.
