Bernard Morgan House - Planning Meeting

The Taylor Wimpey proposals for the Bernard Morgan House site go before the City planning committee on Tuesday 2nd May at 10:00.  Interestingly, the immediately preceding item on the agenda is a proposal to make the area around Bernard Morgan House into a conservation area.

Can both pass?

City officers are recommending that the Taylor Wimpey proposal be approved and have provided a hefty set of notes to committee members which includes notes from officers and the responses to the application (e.g. objections).  The Ben Jonson House objection is on page 293 of the PDF, but is lacking the images which were included with our objection, which is unfortunate.
