written down his observations upon the City's conservation area proposals. Click either image below to read the documents.
The most glaring thing in the City proposal is that they wish to carve out the area between the Barbican and Golden Lane estates and exclude it from the conservation area ... presumably because the know full well that the building which they have approved to
replace Bernard Morgan House does not fit in at all. Here are maps, taken from the observations document, which show the gerrymandering:
