What the City says about noise from licensed premises

A Barbican resident with extensive experience dealing the City let me have a couple of documents about licensing policy and good practice. He said:

Please start with the "Statement of Licensing Policy", pp. 2, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 44 - 48.
Then the "Code of Good Practice", pp. 19-23.

Residents have a reasonable expectation that their  sleep will not be unduly disturbed between the hours of 23.00 and 07:00.
