City proposal to use a broker to buy power
The City, in the form of the BEO, are proposing to appoint a broker to buy energy (gas & electricity) for the City. If you wish to make "observations" you may do so up to 35 days from the date of the letter, which is 8th Jan so I reckon you have until February 12th.
