We have 178 members. To be quorate we need 15% of members present, which is 26.7 people. We had just 23 people, 3.7 short of our goal. This meeting was not quorate. We will have to try again, just like last year. And like last year I will set up a "Flash AGM" which will cover just the essential items and take just a few minutes. Details to follow.

Bikes abandoned in the car park. There should be a letter & email sent out if there was going to be a cull.
comment: The bikes that have notices pinned to them in the carpark are clearly abandoned and unloved and the policy to remove them is sensible and correct
Cycle pods with fees will be introduced. Many people interested in this.
comment: maybe more bike racks are needed since there are a lot of bikes attached to downpipes and rails, preferably bike racks that are not in flood risk areas.
Should bikes have ID attached?
comment: this scheme has been run a few times in the past 15 years and seemed sensible since folk had to positively action the fixing of the id's, therefore those left with no id's were deemed ownerless
There was a scheme where bikes could be donated to a bike restoration scheme - people thought this was a good idea.
comment: the cage at the east end of the carpark is still used by the bike recycling team therefore any bikes abandoned in the carpark should be donated there and notice sent to the recyclers whoever they are.
