Puddles: It's worse than that ...

Following the rain last week there were many puddles around Ben Jonson House. Some of them are still there.

A resident ran into 3 drains men who were looking into the problem:

... They said that the drain appeared to be blocked with what seemed like a plastic bag filled with cement , and with their standard kit, immovable. I imagine that the whole of the podium is suffering from a build up of concretion in the drains. The car parks below us are suffering too. I think that it is a major problem which can only get worse. I've no doubt that the BEO is fully aware and that it is a problem on a scale of Beech gardens.
