Barbican Security
Residents who see cycling, skateboarding and parkour on the highwalks may call Barbican Security via the 24/7 number, they will respond as soon as possible. Barbican Security have cameras and work with the BEO to respond.

These are publicly available numbers and the City highly encourage Barbican Residents to use these channels. Barbican Security ask residents to contact them as soon as cyclists, skateboarders and parkour activities are seen in order to allow Barbican Security to meet them and explain the bylaws.

Aircraft Noise, e.g helicopters
The CAA say:
"aircraft noise is not classified as a statutory nuisance in the UK; it is not covered by the Environmental Protection Act or the Noise Act, therefore preventing the local authority from being able to act on aircraft noise issues
Responsibility for aviation policy and aircraft noise matters lies with the Department for Transport (DfT) dftcomplaints@dft.gsi.gov.uk ".
If you wish to complain to the CAA anyway, check the CAA web page on noise, and: "If you wish to provide the CAA with feedback about aircraft noise, please complete form FCS1521 - Use of UK Airspace Report."

Rough Sleepers
The City offer services in support of people who are sleeping rough (see homelessness or at risk, help-available). In the case of individual Barbican TV reception issues residents should contact Vision Fibre Media's 24/7 support number on:- 0207 112 8615 and then select Option 2 for TV enquiries/issues or email support.If a whole block's system is down, this would be attended to within 4 Hours, if a single dwelling is down then a next day response would apply.
