Dear Young at Heart Members,

I hope this email finds you well.

Just a quick update on some of our sessions.

Our Wednesday Gentle Exercise session will be permanently ran by Freddie after lots of great feedback. This session is 10am-11am and will continue to be in the Studio.

The Thursday Gentle Exercise session ran by Martina will be in the Sports Hall from now on. This is due to its popularity and our space limitations in the studio.

The Monday aqua session will be returning in August. We have two instructors taking a course in early August and we will start the session back up as soon as we have their qualifications. Until then, the session will continue to be a YAH swim session.

"THROUGH THE STAGE DOOR"

A tragical comical-magical historie of the oldest operating playhouse in the World

We only have 20 tickets for this tour and it is scheduled for Tuesday 5th May 2015 at 2:15pm

Cost of £8.50 per ticket (on a first come first served basis)

Assemble inside the Theatre Royal in the Box Office Area just after 2:00pm

(No 4 bus goes very near to the Theatre..)

YAH: Marshal's Needed

From Young at Heart:

Young at Heart Memebrs,

We are still in need of some marshals for our first ever GoTri event around the Barbican estate. This would require you to direct people on the 1K run or help officiate the swimming section.

It is on Wednesday 21st May @ Golden Lane Leisure Centre. We will need you from 6pm until around 8pm.
