License for 50 people outside for the Jugged Hare?

A Ben Jonson House resident saw notices of a licensing application posted outside the Montcalm Hotel / Jugged Hare pub and asked the Islington council about them, writing:
I am looking for a license application for the Montcalm hotel on Chiswell St. I have seen signs on the premises but would like to read the application in greater detail.
Searches on http://www.islington.gov.uk/services/business-licensing/regulations/licences/Pages/licence-search.aspx?extra=13for Montcalm is turning up nothing and Chiswell St. is turning up 4,949 results which aren't on that street.
Can someone please direct me how to find the application.

Islington replied:
Applications themselves are not accessible online, though their details should be. Application is for a variation of the existing licence . Proposed variation to the premises licence: to permit the installation of a temporary bar in the front courtyard area and to permit the use of the courtyard by up to 50 customers of the Jugged Hare, limited to the current hours of operation for the courtyard of 10:00 until 22:00 Monday to Sunday, with alcohol sales terminating at 21:45.Minor amendments to existing licence conditions to accommodate this, specified on pages 2 & 3 of application.
If you live at the eastern end of Ben Jonson House and you think this may affect you then you may wish to contact Islington council to see how you can comment or object to this application.
