More Tunnel Activity

It seems that beyond the March concert which we already know will (probably) be happening in the tunnel, other tunnel events are planned.

Rumour has it that some people in the Arts Centre of the City would like to see Beech Street permanently closed to traffic so it could be used as a grand entrance to the centre (perhaps though the current car park entrance) as well as a venue for performances.
