BEO Rubbish reminder

We've noticed more black bin bags being left in communal areas, particularly at weekends and outside collection times. Following the brief guide below will help keep communal areas welcoming for residents and visitors, while preventing unpleasant smells, spillages on concrete or carpets, and pests.

Our weekly rubbish collection takes place Monday to Friday between 8:15-10:30 am*.

• Rubbish should be placed in the bottom locker ahead of collection time (8:15am onwards). If you’re unable to use your locker for any reason, please only put the rubbish out in the morning ready for collection.
• Please do not leave rubbish outside your flat, overnight, at the weekend or outside of collection times.
• Please remember to tie your bin bags when disposing of rubbish.
• We also ask that you take the time to break down any cardboard boxes that don’t fit in the rubbish locker or recycling bags and leave them neatly by the rubbish locker.
• If you use food waste bags, please use the food caddy to help prevent spillages which can permanently affect concrete and tiles (caddies and food bags can be requested at the Estate Office Reception).

*The Towers have additional weekend collections:

• Cromwell Tower - Saturday collection
• Lauderdale Tower - Sunday collection
• Shakespeare Tower - Saturday & Sunday Collection from 02 level.
