Testing for leaks
The BEO have been running some tests for leaks into the building. They do this by damming a section of a roof balcony and pouring in dyed water, as in the picture below.
Unfortunately the BEO were remiss in telling the residents of the affected flats that this was going to happen, and they weren't too happy to find this on their balcony when they got home.
Perhaps the BEO should have a blog too.
