The first phase of our work is to install the new High Speed Fibre Optic Network in the communal areas of the Estate and this is scheduled to complete in June 2014. We will be sending out updates informing you of our progress and will contact you towards the end of June to discuss a suitable service installation date if you still wish to proceed.

I would be grateful if you could accept my personal apology for any embarrassment we may have caused with a previous email communication. We have now reviewed our process checks prior to any further communication going out.
